▶ New head adopted for high productivity and high image quality.
The new print head uses a 1.33-inch PrecisionCore Micro TFP print head. Compared to the previous SC-F2150, the number of nozzles has been increased from 2,880 to 3,200, resulting in a 25% increase in print speed. The platen feed has also been improved, with an overlap area to reduce banding and graininess and improve image quality.
In addition, the new pouch-type UltraChrome DG2 ink improves ink bleed and enables more vivid, high-quality printing.

▶ Ease of use.
A new automatic platen gap adjustment function automatically adjusts the distance between the print head and media such as fabric products and film set on the platen. Reduces operator man-hours.
New software "Garment Creator 2" that supports Direct to Film (DTF) printing
A new software, "Garment Creator 2," has been prepared for the SC-F2250. It features improved print data processing speed and supports an input resolution of 600 dpi, allowing for more accurate representation of fine lines. The standard printing mode for DTF is included, enabling both direct printing on garments and DTF printing with a single machine.
