The Versa UV TrueVIS MG-640 offers enhanced functionality with a lineup that includes gloss (clear) ink for special printing, high-concentration white ink, primer to improve ink adhesion, and highly vivid orange and red inks. Additionally, the industry’s first "UV decal primer" that forms an adhesive layer has been introduced. This allows for ultra-high-definition reproduction of even small text, intricate textures, and gradients. The MR2-015 has been developed as a flatbed customizable machine, capable of handling media up to 50mm thick, while maintaining the same high printing quality.
The MR2-015 is capable of delivering high-quality printing on a wide variety of non-roll media, such as for layout applications on novelty goods or large-format displays.
It features a five-zone suction table for securely holding tricky materials like films, difficult papers, and large resin plates.
The table is divided into five zones, with individual air valves placed on both sides of the unit for improved usability. Unused zones can be closed off to efficiently secure media.
Height Adjustment Handles
With the high print quality of the TrueVIS MG-640, this flatbed model enables direct printing on thick materials. It uses a simple, highly precise shim box, allowing easy height adjustment and supporting materials up to 50mm thick.
