After-Sales Support

Our printer maintenance centers are located nationwide, ensuring fast and efficient after-sales support.

For printers used in business, having a reliable after-sales support system is crucial. With 50 service locations nationwide (almost one in each prefecture) and partner stores handling maintenance, we can quickly respond in case of any issues.

We provide support not only on weekdays but also on Saturdays.

Our support hotline is open from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, available on both weekdays and Saturdays during the same hours. After discussing the issue, we will coordinate with our maintenance staff and schedule a visit at the earliest possible date. (Excludes 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, year-end holidays, company-designated holidays, and Saturdays that fall on public holidays.)

For remote locations, spare head units come in handy.

For customers living in remote locations or overseas where immediate maintenance is not possible, we recommend purchasing a spare head unit when buying a printer. Our printer heads can be easily split into upper and lower sections. You can send the faulty part to us and replace it with a spare unit to continue using your printer.
